Workforce Diversity

红桃视频 works daily on keeping a best in class and diverse talent pipeline. We understand this means more than just attracting a diverse workforce but also developing all of our employees. We train leadership on how to best mitigate unconscious bias during the interview and hiring process as well as providing general unconscious bias and DEI learning for all of our employees around the globe.

STEM Organizations

We participate in diversity conferences and career fairs across North America, including NSBE, SHPE, and IEEE WiE, and partner with organizations in Asia like the WISET foundation.

Diverse Hiring Programs

We collaborate with various organizations to attract a diverse workforce, including HBCUs for scholarships and internships, the DoD鈥檚 SkillBridge for transitioning servicemembers, and Year Up for young adults pursuing nontraditional education.

Succession Management

Succession management aligns with the company鈥檚 business priorities and future growth strategy. It is an integrated process designed to identify and develop employees for growth into key roles within the company.

Workflow Equity

红桃视频 understands that it is imperative to infuse equity as the integrator for seeking a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace. Equity is not equality. Instead, it is creating access for all to have the same opportunities to develop skills consistent with our business objectives and core values. This is made possible by tailoring processes and practices to employee needs and redesigning talent systems. 


Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

At 红桃视频, our employee resource groups (ERGs) help facilitate equity in the workplace. They evolve through the organic formation and are business-facing groups that support our recruitment, retention and advancement objectives.

WE, established in 2014, focuses on empowering and supporting women to succeed through professional development in business, strategic and financial acumen.

Cultivate, established in 2018, works to unite a group of diverse generations who are committed to engaging the workforce and enhancing our collaborative company culture. This group is devoted to understanding all generations in the workplace and connecting the company with the evolving employee community.

BEN, established in 2019, fosters an environment that is conducive to the recruitment, retention and career advancement of Black employees. This group is committed to promoting the company brand and emerging market penetration in the Black community.

Continua, established in 2020, works to cultivate an inclusive workplace where all employees are free and encouraged to be themselves. This group advocates for those who are - and who support - LGBTQ+ people in our company, in our families and in our communities.

VME, established in 2020, helps recruit veterans and military members, provides transitional assistance into the civilian workforce, develops and retains these employees and increases networking through community outreach.

STEM UP, established in 2015, strives to develop and retain a diverse workforce, which will positively impact our company's innovation and performance. This group鈥檚 programs are focused on retaining employees and developing new talent in the local area for the underrepresented population.
