Overview

The NXH450N65L4Q2 is power integrated module containing an I-type neutral point clamped (NPC) three level inverter consisting of two 225 A/650 V outer IGBTs, two 375 A/650 V inner IGBTs and two 375 A/650 V neutral point diodes. The inverse diodes are 150 A/650 V devices. The module contains an NTC thermistor.
