Overview

The NXH500B100H7F5SHG is a two channel Flying Capacitor Boost module. Each channel contains two 1000 V, 500 A IGBTs and two 1200 V, 120 A SiC diodes. The module contains an NTC thermistor.

  • MPPT Boost Stage

  • 1500V Decentralized Utility-Scale Solar Inverter

  • Module with low thermal impedance baseplate
  • 1000V VCE(sat) fast switching IGBTs and 1200V SiC diode optimized combination for solar boost stage
