The KA393 / KA393A / KA2903 series consists of two independent voltage comparators designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide voltage range.

  • This product is general usage and suitable for many different applications.

  • Single Supply Operation: 2 V to 36 V
  • Dual Supply Operation: ± 1 V to ± 18 V
  • Allow Comparison of Voltages Near Ground Potential
  • Low Current Drain 800 µA Typ
  • Compatible with all Forms of Logic
  • Low Input Bias Current 25 nA Typ
  • Low Input Offset Current ± 5 nA Typ
  • Low Offset Voltage ±1 mV Typ
